When will I receive my product?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment receipt.
We use Australia Post regular mail or Express Post for our deliveries. If you order using regular mail, you should receive your Bloccs waterproof protector within 2-6 business days, depending on the destination. If you order using Express Post, the delivery is guaranteed the following business day if your postcode is within the Express Post delivery network. If you are not in the Express Post delivery network, your delivery will arrive in 2 to 3 business days depending on your location. Please check Australia Post delivery areas for further information.
What do I do if I need to return a product?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it, unused, in its original condition within 7 working days for a refund or replacement. Our delivery charge will not be refunded. Please retain proof of posting.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
What do I need to be aware of when using my Bloccs?
Full usage and safety instructions will be included with your Bloccs waterproof protector. You should read these instructions carefully before using the product and ensure that the instructions are adhered to. If you have a fibreglass cast, be aware of sharp edges and surfaces. These may need to be filed or covered with a bandaid or bandage.
The decision to bath, shower, or to enter a swimming pool is taken at your own risk and you should seek medical advice to ensure that the activity will not affect your injury. Your Bloccs can also be used for sports physiotherapy treatment.
